The ultimate fun family getaway. Prepare to be spoiled with magnificent sunsets over Mount Edward from the back pool deck, and picturesque views of Lake Moogerah from the front deck. No expense has been spared on this exquisite retreat, which caters for young and old alike. 

 

The property has been appointed with luxurious fixtures and fittings, as well as multiple indoor and outdoor living areas to entertain and relax. The most amazing family holiday awaits you at Moogerah Lake House #4. 

 

With the Main House featuring 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (sleeps 10), you have full exclusive access to the beautifully designed, heated pool, spa and sauna.  

 

You have the option of additional accommodation in the Pool House (sleeps 7), with 2 bedrooms featuring a queen bed and 5 bunks.  All up, the property can accommodate for up to 17 guests (additional fee applies for the pool house if required please contact us for pricing) 

 

This property features the ultimate in family fun, with access to the Kids Zone. Complete with a 7000 ball, ball pit, full house internet connected XBox gaming console, games, blow up pool toys, bean bags and so much more the kid’s will never want to leave!

An additional $50 cleaning fee per stay is applicable to gain access to the kids zone.

This retreat has been carefully thought out and custom designed as an amazing family destination.  Among the many features, the main bathroom has a feature bath and electric window overlooking the pool, but if you want some privacy, with the flick of a switch the electric window becomes frosted or clear depending on how you take your privacy along with a few candles and a glass of bubbly. 

 

The property features a spectacular and expansive backyard. Note that the grassed area at the back of the property is government land, but it’s there to be enjoyed. You are welcome to take your lawn chairs down to chill out and soak up the country air or play a game of backyard cricket. We do ask, however, that you don’t move the fire pit onto the grass and that our neighbours are respected with weekdays quiet time around 10pm and weekend quiet time around 1am.  We all enjoy a good time so keep thje party going but just lower the music a bit for our neighbours. 

 

Guest access
You have access to all areas of the main house, exclusive use of the Pool, Spa and Sauna. If you would like to add the Pool house or Kids Zone please message us for the cost. Local attractions 

Boating - The boat ramp is in Lake Moogerah Caravan Park and they offer free day access. Just visit the office to obtain the gate code. Lake Moogerah at your front door. Water skiing. Fishing in your tinny. Availability to fish on Lake Moogerah will require for you to obtain a fishing permit. You can get this from the Lake Moogerah Caravan Park or online at the Queensland Government website - Purchase a Stocked Impoundment Permit. Mt Edwards walking trail. Ski Zone water ski club . Boonah, Aratula, Kalbar, Mt Alford all 15 minutes away

We have a few options when it comes to booking and paying so please send an enquiry form or call us directly and we will send you our bank details plus other information you will need to make your holiday great. 

The Rent - A fully transferrable but non-refundable deposit of 50% of total tariff (or $200 if total tariff is under $400) will lock in your booking up until 30 days before the first nights stay. The balance of the stay will need to be paid no later than 30 days from the booking date or may be cancelled. Any booking made within 30 days of the rental period needs to be paid in full.  If you are unable to stay on the dates that you originally booked, your stay can be transferred to another date that is available within 12 months of your original booking dates. Only one transfer available per stay and must be requested 14 days of your stay, For bookings in school holidays or Christmas/ New Year / Easter 30 days notice is required.   *Rates and minimum night requirement varies for Christmas & New Years Holiday season & Easter. The Bond - A fully refundable (subject to inspection) bond of $1000 via your credit card is required 30 days before your first night stay is required. We offer the refund of the bond within 5 working days of the last nights stay. If there is a discrepancy of the condition of the property, the renter will be contacted immediately to rectify or to come to an arrangement for the costs of the rectification.


Minimum of 2 night stay for weekends with no maximum or ask if we have any deals going. Please note that a valid credit card is required for all bookings at Moogerah Lake House #4. Only Visa and Mastercard accepted - No credit card fees.

 

Gatherings & Functions:  For any guests planning on a gathering that is over the advertised sleeping capacity of the property, you must make us aware/request permission at the time of booking. While we do aim to accommodate all guest requests the best we can to ensure you have the best getaway, facilities and disruption to neighbors does need to be managed/considered.   Based upon your needs, additional fees may apply for example additional cleaning, hire of tables & chairs, waste removal, the hire of an additional or neighboring house, increased bond or additional septic pump outs just to name a few. Just get in touch with us and we can help work out the most suitable solutions for plans.

Moogerah Lake House #4 is setup to be very easy to get into. Arrange a date, pay the required fees, we send you the key code for the back and front doors and we remotely turn on the hot water and disable the alarm so you can move in with a moments notice just like it was your home.
